Order Processing & Shipping:

After placing your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Processing times may vary during holiday months due to USPS delays. You can track your order via USPS tracking.

During Tampa/Brandon summer months, orders are shipped on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays to prevent candles from melting while in transit. Products are heat-sensitive, so please monitor your shipment. For more details, see the “Shipping” highlight on Instagram.

Ari’s Wicks ships only via USPS Priority Mail and only within the U.S., including Puerto Rico.

Damages or Issues with Shipment:

Inspect your order upon receipt. Ari’s Wicks is not liable for broken or stolen items during shipment.
