Shipping & Handling
After your order has been placed, please allow for 3-5 business days to process your order. Please note that processing times can vary during the holiday months due to delays with USPS. You can track your order using USPS
During the Chicago summer months, orders are shipped on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays, to prevent candles from melting if they sit at a warehouse. Please make sure to stay on track with your shipment, as products are sensitive to the heat. For more details, please see our "Shipping" highlight on Instagram. We do not replace or refund any orders (see Refund policy- Footer Menu)
Ari's Wicks only ships Priority mail with USPS. We only ship in the US, including Puerto Rico.
Damages or Issues with shipment:
Please inspect your order upon reception. Ari's Wicks is not liable for broken or stolen items during shipment. If this is the case you are encouraged to submit a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
