Shipping & Handling Policy

Order Processing & Shipping:

  • After placing your order, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Processing times may vary during holiday months due to USPS delays. You can track your order via USPS tracking.

  • During Tampa/Brandon summer months, orders are shipped on Tuesdays and/or Wednesdays to prevent candles from melting while in transit. Products are heat-sensitive, so please monitor your shipment. For more details, see the “Shipping” highlight on Instagram.

  • Ari’s Wicks ships only via USPS Priority Mail and only within the U.S., including Puerto Rico.

  • Please note: We do not replace or refund orders (see Refund Policy in the footer menu).

Damages or Issues with Shipment:

  • Inspect your order upon receipt. Ari’s Wicks is not liable for broken or stolen items during shipment.

  • If your shipment is damaged or lost, you may file a claim with USPS here: USPS Claims
